Apple confirms its 1st keynote on March 8, 2022

As announced by Apple in its invitation, the manufacturer promises that “the performance” will come on stage. As per usual, the apple brand is still as mysterious on the content of this keynote. Greg Joswiak, Senior Vice President responsible for marketing, contented himself with posting a short video on Twitter in which we can admire the Apple logo in a new “rainbow” animation.

But precisely, what can we expect from this conference? First, we could see the iPhone SE 3 5G, the manufacturer’s new affordable smartphone. Of course, the main novelty of the device is the support for 5G. We should find a design quite similar to previous models with a TouchID fingerprint reader housed in the Home button, wide borders and an LCD screen and not OLED. In addition, the manufacturer could put under the hood its latest in-house A15 Bionic SoC, the processor that powers the latest iPhone 13.

We could also discover the Apple Watch Series 8, alongside a new Apple Watch SE and a brand new model dedicated to extreme sports. Finally, Apple could lift the veil on its new Macs expected in 2022, and in particular the new generation of 13″ MacBook Pro with an M2 chip.
