Iris Global and Serveo become co-owners of the startup, Kuiko

Serveo and Iris Global have reached an agreement to become co-owners of the startup Kuiko. It is a digital intermediation platform that allows individuals and companies to contract, in an agile, transparent and simple way, services of works, reforms and repairs offered by previously approved local professionals.

The objective of both companies is the joint development and promotion of the digital platform and the scaling of its services in new areas of action. The new society creates four lines of business in order to meet and provide solutions, through its digital platform, to the demands that are generated in different market segments:

  • Digital intermediation services for individuals and SMEs.
  • Services as a comprehensive maintenance manager for clients who recurringly require various services in their buildings and/or facilities.
  • Services of digital intermediation for Serveo in order to complete its own service offer to end customers.
  • Digital intermediation services for policyholders of Iris Global clients, with the purpose of responding to requests made in the event of a claim that is not covered by their policy.

With all this, the new company also manages to digitize and transform the activity of the more than 1.4 million SMEs of the facility management and renovation sector in Spain, allowing you to find, compare, and contract construction, renovation, maintenance and cleaning services with approved suppliers.
