There are many users reporting on Reddit that the read speed of SSDs is reduced by half or less. The issue is reported by a user with a Lenovo Legion laptop and the drive ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB. Shortly after, a user with an HP Omen 16 laptop joined, who also indicated that his computer went from starting in 14 seconds to starting in 31 seconds, more than double.

Is there a solution to the problem of SSDs with Windows 11?
