It is impossible to try to use a Magic Mouse while it is charging

Magic Mouse

Without a doubt one of the most criticized designs of Apple (and rightly so) is the charging system of the Magic Mouse. A clear example of how Apple designers prevailed over engineers. Magic Mouse: nice, but impractical.

Its design is spectacular, with a curved and symmetrical profile from the top edge to the bottom, very nice. When you use it for the first time, you are amazed… until the battery runs out. And you realize that the charging connector is on the underside, so you can’t use it until it’s minimally charged. Even if you try to make a fudge to solve it…

The same thing has happened to all of us. when the first came out 3d printers, all the “geeks” of technology bought one. And when we had her, we saw that she was cool.

But after a few months, if you’re not a engineer or someone who really needs it to work, you realize that you have spent a fortune on a printer that is only good for making plastic figures with more or less success, and little else.

So you put yourself in God mode, and you set out to create objects or tools out of nothing, and put whatever comes into your head into plastic. And so Matty Benedictcreated a plastic stand for his Magic Mouse to work while charging.

The idea was great: using a cable Lightning Using the L-shaped connector, he made a stand with his 3D printer, with a bearing on each side, so he could use his Mac mouse while it was charging. It slid well on the table, so the theory was that it had to work, but he didn’t take into account one small detail…

The Magic Mouse automatically turns off while charging. It is assumed that those from Cupertino thought that since the device could not be used while it was charging, for obvious reasons, the best thing was for its firmware to turn it off. Thus disconnected, it did not consume energy and before it could be charged. So the smart Benedetto was left with a span of noses.
