Edenred has just reinforced its IT team with the appointment of João Piaguaçu Corrêa as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Spain. The executive, who has been working as CTO at the Edenred Portugal offices since 2017, jumps to lead the technology department in our country.
Graduated in Information Systems from the Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, João has two master’s degrees, an MBA from the Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas and another in Executive Education from HEC Paris.
Experience in the company in Brazil and Portugal
It also has a long professional career of more than two decades, both in Brazil and in Portugal. At Ticket Log, an Edenred Group company, he performed his duties for more than 10 years, working as Software Quality Manager, Payment Systems Manager and IT Governance Manager.
