Jordan Barry is the new Chief People and Culture Officer of Electrocomponents

Product and service solutions provider, Electrocomponents, recently announced the appointment of Jordan Barry What Chief People and Culture Officer of the group, reporting to CEO Lindsley Ruth. Jordan will play a critical role in establishing an organizational culture of high-level leadership and talent that motivates and empowers his employees.

A highly regarded HR executive, Barry began his career at Shell, where he held a variety of international HR positions, before moving on to various management positions with organizations including Tesco Bank and Money Mart Financial Services. His last position was that of HR Director (CPO) in Motor Insurers’ Bureau.

Barry has a solid history of supporting boards of directors and to the general management for the creation of boards of directors that transform the functioning of the organization. Additionally, he is qualified as an executive coach and is a board member of the Proud Trust, which supports LGBTQ+ youth in the North West of England.
