Karen Solana, new head of pre-sales at Camerfirma

Camerfirma has strengthened its commercial area with the incorporation of Karen solana as responsible for presales. Solana will be responsible for commercially and technically supporting the commercial force enterprise in the sales process. Among its tasks are the survey of the needs or requirements with the client, preparing commercial proposals, demonstrations and presentations, both commercial and technical, as well as collaborating in the design of solutions according to the client’s requirements. Karen Solana, a graduate in business administration and management from the Universidad del Norte – Colombia, has a long professional career, during which she has led IT, BPO and document management projects as well as coordinating BPO and Back Office services for one of the main companies in the banking sector.

In the different positions he has previously held, he has managed different projects, from the definition itself to the planning, monitoring and closing; identified, evaluated and managed risks, dependencies and scope changes and has participated in the process of designing technological solutions. The Projects In which he has participated, they range from the management of the Banking Back Office to the management of supplies and supplier invoices and the management of communications with the Public Administrations.
