Lefebvre Sarrut starts the year with new management additions

Lefebvre Sarrut has announced two new promotions in its management team, which have already been incorporated in January. On one side, Maria de la O Martinez, to date director of the Lefebvre Consulting Market in Spain, will replace Camille Sztejnhorn as Group Innovation Director. Sztejnhorn, for her part, will become the group’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Impact director, taking over from Natacha de Saint Vincent. Both bring strong business and leadership experience to their new roles.

María de la O Martínez, an expert in technological development and relations with partners, assumes the global direction of Innovation of the Lefebvre Sarrut group. María de la O has high team leadership skills and has performed various functions of business development, marketing, strategy and sales in international companiesmainly from the technology sector such as Exact Software, Navision (Microsoft) or Sage, where he performed various functions from the Management Committee.

In 2018, she joined Lefebvre to lead product innovation in Spain and, since 2020, she has been the Director of Mercado Asesoría. In her responsibility, she has focused on supporting companies in business development, bringing considerable experience in helping advisors and lawyers enhance their transformation potential through customer- and market-focused digital changes. . She has a degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (Business Sciences) and by the IE Business School of Madrid (International Executive MBA). She currently participates in the ESADE Executive Promotion Program for Women in Senior Management.

Camille Sztejnhorn, until now in Innovation, will be the new director of Environmental, Social and Governance Impact (ESG Impact) of the Lefebvre Sarrut group. She has extensive experience in the media, consulting, publishing, as well as social and environmental fields. After working for the cultural magazine SOFA, Mediametrie, specialized in marketing and audience mediation, or the French consultancy Verone, she joined the Lefebvre Sarrut group in 2016. Since then she has worked as Marketing Director and Director of the Business Unit for Universities and Bookstores, as well as Director of Innovation at the headquarters of the Lefebvre Sarrut group.

Camille is also a professor at the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and co-founder of Lutila, a startup that organizes events for social and environmental purposes.
