In the middle of the year 2021 we have at our fingertips applications of the popular quality Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, etc. However, this has not always been the protagonists of this sector, since, until reaching this point, others had to popularize becoming important until reaching the current software.
A historical navigator, birthday today
It is more than likely that most of you at some point have heard of Microsoft’s mythical Internet Explorer. Perhaps for many years this was the web browser par excellence, but it ended up falling out of favor in large part due to its security flaws. However, despite its enormous market penetration at the time, as with current proposals, it also had its competition.
That is precisely the browser that we want to talk about in these same lines and that was launched on this day as today, a October 13, 1994. We refer to Netscape, a very interesting proposal that many of the Internet users ended up in the late 90s. Although it may seem unfamiliar to many of you, this was a browser that had the significance of the current Firefox or Chrome. Hence, from these lines we want to remember him now that he is 27 years old.
On this day, October 13, 1994, Mosaic Netscape 0.9 was released, the browser that popularized the web 🌐 at the end of the 90s.

Improve Microsoft PowerToys with this update
Microsoft has just updated its set of PowerToys tools to reach version 0.47.1 with why it wants to improve the user experience with these tools for Windows. Among other things we will find a good amount of bug fixes in order to solve some of the latest stability issues based on user feedback.
These corrections to which we refer refer to several of the programs that are part of the PowerToys suite. In this way we will be able to get much more out of the tools and functions integrated here that in turn improve the Microsoft operating system. Therefore, we only have to download the new version of this set of tools from its Github page. You can also download them from the Microsoft Store, but only on Windows 11.
Try the new Acrobat extension on Edge and Chrome
The firm Adobe has just launched an Acrobat extension for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers that allows commenting, marking, filling and signing PDF files from the program. In this way and directly, without using additional software, we will have the possibility to add comments, marks or texts in our office automation documents of this type. We can also in turn fill in fields or add an electronic signature.
And that’s not all, but at the same time we will have the possibility of converting a PDF into a document DOCX Word, extract content, and much more. Therefore, just by installing this extension in our browser, we can benefit from all the direct functions that it proposes for this type of files.
