Mini-PCs are in fashion and Minisforum is a specialized manufacturer that has a huge catalog of them. The last one announced is the Venus UM773 Lite and as we say in the headline it offers great performance in a compact size and at a price that we can consider reasonable for what it offers and how are the costs of electronics in general.
The Minisforum Venus UM773 Lite is based on the new generation of Ryzen 7000 Mobile processors presented at CES by AMD and specifically, on an interesting Ryzen 7 7735HS with 8 cores and 16 threads, with a working frequency of up to 4.7 GHz and a TDP consumption of 54 watts. The integrated graphics is a Radeon 680M under RDNA2 architecture with 12 compute units up to 2.4 GHz.
This compact has two memory slots 4800MHz DDDR5 with the possibility of mounting up to 64 Gbytes of capacity. For storage, Minisforum includes an M.2 PCIe Gen4 connector to install an SSD and a 2.5″ bay for hard drives or SATA solid state drives.
An internal M.2 2230 connector allows the installation of a wireless connectivity module for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It has other ports both on the front and on the back, in which the premiere of a USB4 for maximum speed (40 Gbp/s) and the possibility of connecting up to three simultaneous screens with 4K-60Hz resolution stand out:

This compact will go on sale in March on the manufacturer’s website and on the international retail channel. (Amazon usually distributes all of its models.) It will be available in various configurations from an interesting barebone format that allows the user to install their own memory, storage and operating system, and in other mounts that pre-install Windows 11:
