Minsait takes over the telecommunications consultancy Nae

MinsaitIndra’s technology division, has announced the purchase of the consulting firm Nae, specialized in telecommunications. Specifically, in the transformation and deployment of new technologies, the optimization of operations through automation and digitalization, and in the design and implementation of sales strategies.

Nae is also in charge of advising its clients on corporate transactions, with the objective of maximizing the value of investors in the telecommunications sector. Another of his areas of specialty is related to telecommunications network ecosystems and the virtualization of digital infrastructures.

With the purchase, Minsait, for its part, reinforces its position in the telecommunications sector, a strategic area for its objectives and with great growth potential, since it allows, among other things, to accelerate the digital transformation of the different companies and organizations.

By joining Minsait, for its part, Nae establishes its position within the sector in Spain. It will make up Minsait’s new telecommunications consulting vertical, with around 400 people on staff and led by the founding and managing partners of Nae, Cristóbal Escoda and Antoni Ibáñez.
