Monoprice Dark Matter presents its new ultra-wide curved monitors

More and more users are starting to move away from multi-monitor setups for the new ultra-wide curved monitor formats. And it is that with alternatives like the newly introduced Monoprice Dark Matter, without a doubt they open the doors to new experiences, with two screens of 34 and 49 inches that offer a more comfortable viewing experience and with less visual fatigue.

Starting with the largest model, the 49-inch Dark Matter 43305 is designed to provide an astonishing cinematic field of view for work, play and everything in between. Its VA panel with Quantum LCD offers the equivalent display surface area of two 27-inch 16: 9 monitors side by side, with a 32: 9 format without interruptions.

Additionally, the ergonomic 1800R curvature enhances immersion with a fairly natural curvature to the eye, while Quantum LCD technology enhances images for realistic color accuracy, deeper blacks, and higher brightness.

Although undoubtedly one of its strengths is its DQHD resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels, capable of maintaining 120Hz refresh rate rates, backed by compatibility with leading adaptive timing technologies.

On the other hand, the 34-inch Dark Matter 42772 comes in the same ultra-wide form factor, with a VA with Quantum LCD providing 35% more desktop space than a traditional QHD screen. In this case we find a more subtle curvature of the 1500R, which provides excellent ergonomics for long work hours and prolonged gaming sessions, greatly reducing visual fatigue.

Thus, on this occasion we find a somewhat more restrained but equally expanded resolution, with 3440 x 1440 pixels and a 21: 9 aspect ratio. However, this small sacrifice will allow us to achieve higher refresh rates, reaching 165 Hz.

Currently we can already find both monitors available through the official Monoprice website, with prices that will go from $ 400 to $ 999 according to the model. In addition, maintaining the same conditions as the rest of the monitors of the Dark Matter family, both screens will have a one-year warranty against dead pixels, and a 30-day money-back guarantee and hassle-free packaging.
