The MobiliseSME program has already managed to support to more than 650 SMEs in their search for a partner in the single European market. Likewise, more than 435 have received financial support during their exchanges within the framework of this project.
The main objective of this mobility project, designed specifically for SMEs, is to promote the internationalization of small and medium-sized European companies, improve their competitiveness, promote the professional development of their workers and establish a common methodology at EU level for mobility plans aimed at employees.
The Equipo Humano Foundation is a co-leader with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg and has been in charge of preparing, designing and leading the execution of this project, in which eleven entities at a European level have also collaborated (chambers of commerce, regional innovation agencies, incubators, universities or business associations, among others).

Most of the employees who have participated in this program have been very satisfied with it and have stated that they have improved in job-related skills or knowledgeas well as their development opportunities in your company.
Benefits of MobiliseSME
For their part, the companies that have already gone through MobiliseSME have managed to create new business contacts, generate new service or business ideas, as well as develop new products or services.
The program offers international technical and financial assistance to SMEs, organizing and supporting short stays (from one to six months) in companies in other EU countries. These stays are financed by the European Commission with monthly subsidies of up to 1,100 euros and reach a maximum financing of 6,600 euros per posted employee. 34 European countries participate in the programme.
In addition, MobiliseSME also offers tailor-made sessions on how to internationalize products, so that participating companies can take advantage of the extensive networks to which the Local Contact Points, which increases its visibility at European level.
