The film, which will debut in Japan on August 6, sees Kōhei Horikoshi in the role of chief supervisor and designer of the original characters. Kenji Nagasaki, former director of the anime series and the two previous films, returns to direct this new film, as well as the screenwriter Yousuke Kuroda, the character designer Yoshihiko Umakoshi and the composer Yuki Hayashi.

A mysterious organization dedicated to the destruction of everyone who owns a Quirk has coordinated for bomb attacks around the world. Professional and trainee heroes scour the world for bombs.

Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki meet Rody, a little boy who lives in a mobile home located in Oseon, and finally they will work together.

What is My Hero Academia about?

Due to a genetic mutation of the little toe, mankind can develop superpowers.

These special abilities, called “quirks” first manifest themselves at the age of four, with the majority of the population ‘getting’ these superpowers and allowing the development of a new category of people: the heroes, who they fight against villains who spread terror in the world

Izuku Midoriya, a middle school student who dispassionately admires the heroes and especially All Might, their most famous representative, dreams of becoming a superhero too despite being born without Quirk. This condition leads him to be mocked by his peers and schoolmates, primarily the haughty Bakugo, who call him Deku. Izuku, however, is a type who does not give up and, one day, he attracts the attention of All Might himself, who will decide to give him his Quirk because he considers the brave boy worthy of becoming a true hero!

My Hero Academia manga (Boku no hīrō akademia) is published in Italy by Edizioni Star Comics.
