Apple today unveiled the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros. The new MacBook Pro features the ‘M1 Pro’ chip, with 8 high-performance cores and 2 high-efficiency cores, a 16-core GPU and 32GB of RAM. There is also an ‘M1 Max’ chip, which doubles the RAM and GPU again.
The MacBook Pro’s design has also been completely redesigned, now with slimmer bezels. The rumors are fulfilled and we have Notch on the screen that houses the webcam. The laptop now features an HDMI port, SD card reader, and MagSafe for magnetic charging. Ports are back on the MacBook Pro!
For the first time, the new MacBook Pro is available in a 14.2-inch size.
