Apple continues with its Apple TV + project. Tirelessly and with an eye to the future, the American company wants its online entertainment division to become number one. For this, it surrounds itself with great series and the penultimate to be known that will be released soon on Apple TV + is the call Harriet the Spy. An animated series that is scheduled to begin in the middle of next month.
Set in the 1960s and based on Louise Fitzhugh’s children’s novel of the same name, “Harriet the Spy” chronicles the adventures of 11-year-old Harriet M. Welsch, “frankly and perpetually curious.” The scheduled release date is November 19 and it will be available for all Apple TV + subscribers. You already know that you can be one of them if you pay the 4.99 euros per month it costs.
More than anything, Harriet wants to be a writer, and to be a good writer, she will need to know everything. !And knowing everything means that you will have to spy on everyone!
A month and a few days we will have to wait. Meanwhile you can take a look at the trailer that we bring you here and that you can also see on the YouTube channel of Apple TV.
Although the predictions do not predict a good number of subscribers for this space, it is true that Apple does not give up its efforts to fill the Apple TV + space with quality content. The Serie stars Beanie Feldstein as Harriet and Jane Lynch as Ole Golly, Harriet’s nanny. It will also feature Lacey Chabert, Kimberly Brooks, Crispin Freeman, Gray Griffin, Bumper Robinson, and Charlie Schlatter.
“Harriett the Spy” is produced for Apple by The Jim Henson Company (thus adding another new title after the agreement reached by both companies). It is written by Will McRobb with Sidney Clifton as lead producer. Courtney Barnett wrote and performed the original theme for the series.
