What’s new in the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro
The main and most important thing about these two MacBook Pro models is that Apple has renewed its processors, changing the ones they had so far from the M1 series, that is, the M1 Pro and the M1 Max, for their evolutions in the M2 series. , that is, the M2 Pro and the M2 Max. Therefore, from now on, all those who want to buy a MacBook Pro will be able to choose between these two chips that, of course, if they offer users anything, it is power and performance. Also, you have to keep in mind that the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro have the same configuration opportunities, in fact the only thing that changes between them is the screen size, and obviously also the price, but at the same time. When configuring them you have the same options in both.
As one would expect, the inclusion of these two new processors means that the performance of these computers increases considerably in practically all aspects. All this caused by the increase of two cores that Apple has introduced in the CPU. However, it’s not all good news, and it is that as has been the case with all Apple equipment, these two MacBook Pro models have also risen compared to their predecessors. For its part, the 16-inch MacBook Pro started at 2,749 euros and now part of 3049 euros, which means an increase of 300 euros. Obviously they are equipment focused on professionals, but it is certainly not good news that in order to buy a MacBook Pro you have to spend at least 2449 euros.
