New workouts begin on June 28 on Apple Fitness + and Artist Spotlight is launched

We already know Time To Walk. The Apple Fitness + way of training. However, we also know that the first season of these trainings ends in April. The good news is that Apple has announced that new audio episodes They will start again from June 28. That this coming Monday. It is a pity that in Spain we still cannot benefit from these trainings only available at the moment in the USA.

Time to Walk is part of Apple Fitness +, Apple’s fitness training subscription service, currently only available in the US. It’s a way to encourage users to take a half-hour walk outside with their watch, guided by uplifting and inspiring storytelling from famous celebrities. The first Time to Walk host for the second season is Gina Rodriguez, American television actress who starred in the television series Jane the Virgin.

Apple announced upcoming Time to Walk celebrities include the boxer Anthony Joshua, British host Stephen Fry, supermodel Naomi Campbell, actress Marsai Martin and many more. Apple doesn’t explicitly mention a schedule for this new season, but assuming you follow the same steps as the first season, a new episode will be released every week. Each Time to Walk workout features a pair of music tracks selected by the famous person, as well as photos that appear on the watch face in sync with the narration as the person tells their story.

On June 28, Apple Fitness + will also launch its series Artist Spotlight, which was announced at the WWDC presentation. A dedicated section within the Fitness app that will feature workouts accompanied by full playlists of music from a single artist, including Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, and more.
