Nexada promotes the diagnoses of the management of the water cycle

The Nexada project continues to develop and its consortium has visited the headquarters of 10 Clusaga partner companies of the subsectors dairy, sea-industry and beverages. This consortium is coordinated by the Galician Food Cluster (Clusaga) and made up of the Catalan Water Partnership (CWP) and the Association of Knowledge Industries and Applied Technology of Euskadi (GAIA).

The objective has been the conducting on-site diagnoses of water cycle management of these entities to detect the points of improvement of the processes and the specific needs of each food company visited. Based on this diagnosis, it is intended to improve the efficient use of water and the treatment of its wastewater, through the implementation of R&D and innovation with a focus on improving sustainability.
