The Basque consultancy Norbait has reached an agreement to become part of the Spanish multinational technology and digital services stratesys. Norbait, which is based in Bilbao, is specialized in developing optimization solutions for Human Resources departments and areas of companies from different sectors.
The team of professionals currently working will be integrated into the Stratesys staff, to which they will also contribute their client portfolio. Among these are companies from sectors ranging from industry to public bodies and administrations. It also has several cooperative societies as clients. In all these sectors, within the Basque Country, Norbait has extensive experience.
With this agreement, Stratesys, which has a presence in a dozen countries, will grow in the Basque Country and will have a team of experts in technology consulting for the Human Resources area made up of more than 200 people. In addition, you will strengthen your capabilities in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The multinational has the highest accreditation from SAP in Human Capital Management, which demonstrates Stratesys’ specialization in several key areas of personnel management. They are the following: Core HR and Payroll, Compensation and Commission, Talent Management and Learning.
Currently, Stratesys has offices in Bilbao, from which it provides services to around twenty companies, to which Norbait’s clients will be added. Current Stratesys clients are mainly Basque companies in the industrial, energy, banking, pharmaceutical or consumer sectors. Around 50 employees work in them, and their turnover accounts for 6% of their total turnover.
