Nubank presents instability this Monday

This Monday (16), Nubank’s mobile application is experiencing instability, with several bank account holders reporting difficulties in making and receiving payments via Pix, accessing the mobile application and viewing their current account balance.

According to website information downdetectorthe peak of complaints started after 10 am this Monday and still persists.

On Twitter, account holders complain about uncompensated Pix payments, unstable chat, inability to view current account balance and history.

On Twitter, the bank said at 2:15 pm that it is “aware of the oscillation” and that “soon the situation will be normalized”.

Later, at 4:25 pm, still responding to complaints from account holders, the institution’s official Twitter profile told users that the “correction has already been made” and that it will “soon be normalized”.

THE TecMasters contacted Nubank’s advisors in the early afternoon. At 3:59 pm, the bank returned to us, stating that “operations have already been normalized”, contradicting the information obtained on Nubank’s official Twitter profile.
