Rumors about a clash between Obi-Wan and an Inquisitor had been circulating for some time and now these theories, thanks to Cinelinx, seem to slowly take shape.

The series will be set between Revenge of the Sith is Rebels, making it plausible that the Inquisitors could make their first appearance in a live action series.

The Inquisitors’ past saw them as Jedi apprentices passed to the Dark Side through torture, to serve Darth Vader and hunt down the last remaining Jedi. In Rebels the Fifth Brother was chasing Ezra along with the Seventh Sister who, in all probability, will be played by Indira Varma.

It now remains to be seen if the Inquisitors, once Disney confirms these rumors, will be looking for Luke or Leia and which of the two will have to protect. Obi-Wan Kenobi.
