Peacemaker: first official photo of the DC series created by James Gunn

Speaking about the show with EW, the director said: “I loved Captain America from the 70s. I thought making a damn crazy version of it with Peacemaker would be fun. Gunn is very confident of the end result and if the basics are the same as The Suicide Squad, fans will love it for sure.

The director and writer of the series then explained that the show will consist of eight episodes, including five directed by him, and that it will focus on special operations of the team, with the protagonists who will team up with three new characters to fight something catastrophic. for the planet.
