TCL is heading towards 5G with its new products announced at the MWC. The manufacturer unveils new smartphones and tablets, including a model that reproduces the look and feel of paper.

These are no less than five new smartphones that TCL is unveiling at the show, which will be held face-to-face in Barcelona, ​​from February 28 to March 3. The manufacturer is enriching its 30 range, the particularity of which is to offer a good quality/price ratio. The most interesting model is the TCL 30 with 5G, which is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ screen, as is also the case with the TCL 30+ and TCL 30 (the latter two only 4G).

A “paper touch” tablet

These three smartphones have a thickness of only 7.74 mm, for a weight of 184 grams. Their prices are €199 (TCL 30), €229 (30+), €279 (TCL 30 5G with 64 GB) and €299 (128 GB). The other two devices are entry-level models: the TCL 30E from €139 and 30 SE from €179. They have a 6.52 inch screen. All of them come with a battery of over 5,000 mAh with fast charging.

The entire new 30 range also benefits from a 50-megapixel camera as well as a Steady Snap stabilizer that is particularly good at tracking faces for portrait photos. TCL does not stop there, and also offers three additional tablets including the very interesting NXTPAPER MAX 10: it is equipped with a 10.36-inch multi-layer screen that filters blue light and eliminates reflections. The device wants to offer an experience close to paper. It will be marketed from 269 €.

5G is on the program of the TAB 10s, carrying a 10.1-inch FHD screen, an 8,000 mAh battery and a not very generous memory of only 4 GB. The product will be offered at €349. Finally, the TAB 10 HD, available in Wi-Fi and 4G versions, works with an eight-core processor and a battery with a capacity of 5,500 mAh. Count 179 €.
