After buying a high-quality Smart TV, a product that we cannot miss is a sound bar, and space is the big problem, starting from the television itself. And it is that being increasingly thin, it is impossible for them to have a speaker system at the height of their image quality. But the new Polk MagniFi Mini AX sound bar has the solution.
That is why we must turn to sound bars, and Polk has just welcomed a new ultra-compact model to its catalog. This is the MagniFi Mini AX model, which comes with a wireless subwoofer, and Dolby Atmos and DTS:X compatibility.

The Polk firm is not the only one that has just launched a new compact sound bar on the market, but there are other large firms with new models that also boast compatibility with Dolby Atmos technology.
For example, Sonos has just included its second-generation Beam model in its soundbar catalog, and LG the Eclair model, which is now at a very good price on Amazon.
In the case of the Polk model, it is a sound bar with measures of only 37 centimeters in length. In the case of the Sonos model, its measurements are 65 centimeters, but the difference is that the Polk mini bar has an external subwoofer.
We talk about a 3.1-channel system, which can be expanded to 5.1 surround by adding Polk SR2 wireless surround speakers. As explained by the company, its new sound bar is compatible with Dolby Atmos, DTS: X and the house’s “3D audio” scaling technology.
Polk Audio president Frank Sterns said that “CAt MagniFi Mini AX we set out to create the best-sounding, ultra-compact Dolby Atmos sound bar in the world. By integrating the surround capabilities of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X and then enhancing it with Polk’s patented SDA technology, we’ve created a product that’s not only as immersive as a sound bar three times its size, but with a level of precision of the soundstage that is unparalleled in its class.”
The new Polk MagniFi Mini AX can be connected to any television using HDMI ARC/eARC, optical or AUX, and is certified Roku TV Ready. This means it can be controlled with any of today’s TV remotes (via HDMI CEC) and there are more on-screen integrations with Roku TVs.
And it doesn’t end here, it also has compatibility with Spotify Connect, Bluetooth, Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay 2. The company’s new sound bar, the Polk MagniFi Mini AX can already be found in Europe, North America and other countries for a price of 479 euros. As for the optional rear speakers, you can find them for 179 euros. Without a doubt, a perfect model for small spaces.
