As you know, each beginning of the month is synonymous with new games offered to Playstation Plus subscribers, all formulas combined. And yes, since June 23, 2022, PS Plus has evolved to now offer three separate subscriptions:

  • Essential, which offers the same services as the old PS Plus (multiplayer online play, cloud storage, access to three free games each month)
  • Extra: the same advantages as Essential, access to a vast catalog of PS4 and PS5 games (more than 400 titles)
  • Premium: we find all the attractions of the PS Plus Extra and Essential. Added to this is access to a catalog of retro games of more than 300 titles from the PS1, PSP, PS2 and PS3 toy libraries.

Despite this redesign of the Playstation Plus, subscribers can still count on their three new games offered per month. After Need For Speed Heat and TOEM in September 2022, players will be able to get their hands on for free Hot Wheels Unleashed on PS4 and PS5.
