At the start of 2022, Realme launched several smartphones in Europe, including the new Realme 9 Pro+ that we were able to test. However, the manufacturer has still not unveiled a standard version here, although it has already been released in China. Its arrival should be imminent, since the GizPie site has already spotted the smartphone at a retailer.

According to the retailer, the Realme 9, which will directly succeed the Realme 8, would be offered at a price of 278 euros for configuration with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The site also confirms that the device will be offered in at least one colorway: Meteor Black. However, we know that another color will also be available: Stargaze White.

What technical characteristics for the Realme 9?

Like the Realme 9 Pro and 9 Pro+, the Realme 9 will be powered by a processor from MediaTek. The Dimensity 810 was chosen by the manufacturer for the device. The latter offers decent performance, but is above all compatible with 5G networks.

The Realme 9 is equipped with a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. That’s as much as Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 11 offers, but the latter has the advantage of using an AMOLED display. The Realme 9 is also known to be powered by a 5000mAh battery compatible with the 18W fast charging.

On the photo side, the Realme 9 relies on a three-camera configuration with a 48 MP main sensor, a 2 MP depth sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. Finally, the smartphone is equipped with some useful technologies like the Dynamic Ram Expansion, which allows the amount of RAM to be increased by 5 GB via virtual RAM. For the moment, it is not known exactly when the device will arrive in France, but given that it has already been listed at a retailer, its launch should be imminent. macularetinavitreouscenter
