Red.es signs several collaboration agreements to streamline the Digital Kit

Red.es has signed several agreements with different collaborating entities to streamline the granting of aids of the Digital Kit program, that the digitization of SMEs and the self-employed is promoted, in addition to contributing to promoting sustainable economic growth and job creation.

From the beginning of the program, Kit Digital was designed under the motto of “zero papers” to facilitate its wide reach among companies. A maxim that Red.es has materialized in an innovative processing system that speeds up the process, using robotics and artificial intelligence tools, and by which you can request the aid without providing any documentation, since it is enough that the employer authorizes the entity to consult ex officio the requirements and obligations required.

Thanks to the incorporation of these new instruments in the public administration, it has been possible to automate processes, reduce bureaucratic burden, reduce the number of documents that must be submitted and shorten concession terms, always safeguarding transparency and legal certainty.

To achieve this agility and promote anti-fraud measures, Red.es has signed different collaboration agreements:

General Council of Notaries

The entity will collaborate in speed up the procedures for applications for aid from the Kit Digital programme, providing Red.es with information that facilitates the control of certain requirements that both the beneficiaries who apply for the grants and the digitizing agents must comply with. Specifically, on the representation of the beneficiaries of the subsidies and, where appropriate, digitizing agents, and for the fight against fraud and the protection of the interests of the State Treasury and the financial interests of the European Union.

College of Registrars

This will provide Red.es with processed information, through an automated mass consultation channel, with data from the Mercantile Registry, relating to the annual accounts deposited and to acts registered in the Public Bankruptcy Registry. All of this will make it possible to swiftly verify compliance with certain requirements established in the General Law on Subsidies, the ministerial order that constitutes the regulatory bases for the granting of these direct aids and whose requirements applicants for aid must meet, such as the status of small business, micro-business or self-employed, its number of employees or not having the status of a company in crisis.

Spanish Chamber of Commerce

The body will carry out an integration of its management and processing platforms, in order to share all the information necessary for the correct functioning of the agreements, digital vouchers, justifications, payments, refunds, loss of the right to collection, resignations, withdrawals, attention to users and custody of aid documentation.

General Council of the Associations of Administrative Managers of Spain

It will simplify and speed up the administrative bureaucracy derived from the management of the application for aid from the Program and will facilitate the execution of the Next Generation EU European recovery funds. The administrative managers, converted into the figure of ‘voluntary representative’, will use entirely digital tools in the formalization of the aid (electronic contracts, electronic representation mandates, etc.) that will allow the automation of the control processes in the justification of the subsidy process .

Official Credit Institute (ICO)

As we announced a few days ago, the beneficiaries of the Digital Kit program will have access to a new line of financing with the participating financial entities to finance the cost of the project that is not eligible for Digital Kit and anticipate the aid granted to digitizing agents. selected by the beneficiary companies.
