The provider cloud and cybersecurity ReeVo arrives in Spain. Born in Italy, the company landed in our country by opening a new data center in Madrid under the guidance of Matteo Restilli, former President of Esprinet Ibérica. The manager assumes the position of Country Manager and member of the Board of Directors.
The company establishes its headquarters and its data center in Madrid to be able to develop the business in the country where it operates, faithful to the principle of data sovereignty. ReeVo has also already formed the teams that will work locally.
This operation is part of the international development program along internal lines, in line with the growth strategy announced by the company. The decision to focus on the Spanish market is the result of a careful analysis and evaluation of the socioeconomic and cultural context of Spain, a country that, like Italy, has a business fabric characterized by the strong presence of SMEs, with a level maturity of the Cloud and Cybersecurity services market comparable to the Italian one.
The recent acquisition of Security Lab and the start of the internationalization process with the entry into the Spanish market will allow the Company, and the Group in general, to expand its customer base, the services offered and reinforce its know-how.

On the other hand, and despite the macroeconomic scenario of great uncertainty, Reevo has concluded its 2022 financial year with a 34% growth in total revenue and operating result. This growth is allowing the company to contribute to the digital transformation processes undertaken by Italian companies and SMEs in particular.
Regarding these results, salvatore giannetto, President of ReeVo, comments: “the more than positive financial results for 2022 reflect our performance, with double-digit growth and even higher margins than last year, despite the increase in inflation and costs energy sources, which continues to confirm the scalability of our business model. In 2022, despite a still unstable macroeconomic situation, we have exceeded the development trend of the markets in which we operate – Cloud and Cybersecurity – continuing with the strategy already outlined in recent years”.

The purchase of 55% of the share capital of Security Lab ended on October 3, 2022.
