The Getac firm has presented the F110-EX, a new tablet with which the company expands its catalog of reinforced solutions based on Windows 10. This new model has a fairly powerful configuration at the hardware level, and uses a very careful design that gives it a high degree of protection and resistance.
Externally, the Getac F110-EX has a fairly classic line, has a set of buttons on the right that facilitate certain interactions, mounts a front camera and has an 11.6-inch touch screen that we can use with gloves without any problem. This display has a brightness of up to 1,000 nits with LumiBond 2.0 technology, which makes it offer a good display even when we use it directly under the sunlight.
The resistance of the Getac F110-EX is beyond question. This model has the certifications MIL-STD 810H, military grade resistance, and IP66. As if this were not enough, it also has the ATEX and IECEx Zone 2/22 certifications, which means that can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. A robust, well-finished and totally reliable tablet that we can use in different sectors, including from chemical and pharmaceutical plants to facilities dedicated to oil, gas and mining.
In terms of its specifications, the Getac F110-EX has processors 11th Gen Intel Core, Based on the Willow Cove (Tiger Lake) architecture and equipped with vPro technology, it comes with a TPM 2.0 module, uses an integrated Iris Xe GPU, has a screen resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, has 8 GB of RAM (can be configured with up to 32GB), has a 256GB SSD (can be configured with up to 2TB), offers Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, plus optional 4G LTE, and weighs 1.58 kilograms.
Its operating system is Windows 10 Pro, has a three-year warranty, including accidental damage, and is compatible with a host of specific accessories to help us get more out of it.
