Talentia Software has new Inbound Marketing Manager for Europe. The publisher of solutions for talent management and financial performance has appointed a Spanish woman to the position, Rosa Maria Martinez Olmos.
The new head of marketing has international training at the ISTEC Business School in Paris and the University of the Arts in London, specializing in Inbound Marketing, Lead Generation and Brand Awareness. She has also worked in product marketing for software solutions, specifically, solutions for financial consolidation, budgeting, onboarding, training plans, etc.
His international professional experience will allow him to assume this transversal role in the company, with the objective of coordinating the web marketing strategiesg of the group; the launch of the Inbound Marketing strategy for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and the United Kingdom; and the improvement of lead generation, pipeline and customer results for France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Also, it will give inbound support in the US and Canada.
Rosa Maria commented that “In 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, we adapted to the circumstances and a marketing automation process was launched in the company. That same year we managed to get 34% of new clients to arrive through this digital prospecting process. Our goal is that in 2022 it will be 50%, since marketing automation generates more opportunities with better conversion rates”.
Rosa María Martínez collaborates regularly in digital media, such as Puro Marketing or Soy.Marketing, and in radio programs to deal with these issues.
