Salesforce launches a reduced version of its CRM to eliminate barriers to companies

Salesforce has decided launch a stripped-down version of its popular CRMwith the aim of reducing the barriers for companies that want to start using it but do not need all its functions or find the complete package complicated, and that on the other hand want to control their expenses.

Salesforce Easy, as this new reduced version of Salesforce CRM is called, is a platform that, among other things, offers the possibility to try and buy different Salesforce components in a flexible way. In this way, companies will be able to adjust their deployment according to their needs at any given time.

It offers an ecosystem of apps and services developed by the company’s partners, and among other functions it offers integrations with Slack, Google and Microsoft 365 for easy identity management. It also enables a guided startup process that helps users quickly understand ROI, with easy contact upload, email sync and calendar connection.

It also allows you to track goals with automated email tools, and has unified dashboards, which by default improve visibility of business growth. To get Salesforce Easy up and running, customers just need to use a three-click setup service. The company has confirmed that over the next few weeks it will be announcing new products and solutions for Easy specific to marketing, commerce and analytics.

According to Kris Billmaier, Vice President of Salesforce and Head of Salesforce Easyhas pointed out that «We’ve had a lot of feedback from our customers that their organizations need to focus and simplify their operations to build resiliency and deliver immediate value to their customers. That’s why we announced Salesforce Easy. With the swipe of a credit card, SMBs can quickly start seeing results, while larger businesses can quickly get up and running with Salesforce and quickly scale with the tools they need on their growth path.«.
