Samsung has just announced the organization of a new conference on February 27, 2022. As part of the MWC in Barcelona, the South Korean manufacturer should unveil a handful of new smartphones at bargain prices.
Last week, Samsung lifted the lid on the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 at an Unpacked conference. Exclusively broadcast online, and in particular in the metaverse of Decentraland, this first presentation of the year was rich in new high-end products.
But Samsung obviously has other novelties in its boxes. In a press release published on February 17, 2022, the South Korean giant announced the organization of a new conference in a few days.

Samsung would announce new affordable smartphones at MWC 2022
The conference will begin on Sunday February 27, 2022 at 7 p.m., Paris time. As always, Samsung will be streaming the event live on its website, YouTube channel and most of its social media channels. For the moment, the manufacturer has not specified whether an event in the metaverse is also on the agenda.
Not surprisingly, this presentation is organized as part of the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2022. Despite the health restrictions still in place in Europe, the Barcelona mobile phone show will take place from February 28 to March 3, 2022 in physics. We will of course be on site to cover the event.
The brand remains quite discreet on the products that will be announced. The press release merely announces that “Samsung Electronics is once again redefining the future of how we work and learn” in “a rapidly changing world”.
The visual that accompanies the invitation shows a handful of different products, including a foldable clamshell smartphone, laptop and smartwatch. Samsung could take advantage of the event to unveil a new edition of its Galaxy Z Flip 3 with a new color.
Above all, it is rumored that Samsung would announce several entry-level and mid-range phones, such as Galaxy M33, Galaxy M23, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A23 or Galaxy A13.
