Samsung launches new Neo QLED and OLED TVs

The South Korean company has confirmed the launch in Spain of its new Samsung Neo QLED and OLED televisions, and also the arrival of new sound solutions. This supposes a major renewal of its product catalogand it is also quite broad, since it covers a considerable spectrum.

The Samsung Neo QLED are available in two large versions, one with 4K resolution and the other with 8K resolution. The giant has also confirmed that they will be available in sizes ranging from 43 to 85 inches, and that the models with 8K resolution will come with the Samsung’s new Neural processor.

The new generation of Samsung Neo QLED 8K TVs of 2023 use AI and deep learning to analyze the sceneand based on that analysis they can apply high dynamic range effects in real time on top of standard dynamic range content on an individual basis, which ultimately translates into higher image quality.

As for the models with OLED panels, the company has confirmed that it will offer options that will go from 55 to 77 inches, and that they will have Quantum Dot technology. Both the Neo QLED and the OLED will come with the Samsung Gaming Hub, Samsung’s cloud gaming platform, which allows us to access the Xbox Game Pass and NVIDIA GeForce Now platforms, making them an interesting option to unify work and leisure.

In addition to this, Samsung has also launched new sound solutions, among which we can highlight the HW-Q990C, which offers 11.1.4-channel sound with 22 speakers compatible with Dolby Atmos WiFi, while the UltraSlim sound bar, HW-S800B, only 40mm high and 38mm deep , it features surround sound with Dolby Atmos Wi-Fi and a 3.1.2 channel setup.
