In addition, although in the press release they have focused on the Neo QLED 4K and 8K models, we can see that the Samsung S95B can already be purchased at El Corte Inglés, so we can confirm that this year the Korean manufacturer’s marketing machinery will avoid mentioning the word OLED in their campaigns.
New Samsung Smart TVs for 2022
As we told you, in addition to the manufacturer’s first QD-OLED television, Samsung confirms the arrival of its new Neo QLED 8K and 4K series with substantial improvements and updates for better quality and performance, such as the arrival of Dolby Atmos support for more company equipment.

2022 Neo QLED TVs will deliver stunning picture quality thanks to the introduction of an advanced contrast mapping system with BLU (backlight unit), increasing the brightness level from 12 to 14 bits of gradation for greater control of the light source: the Quantum Mini LEDs. This allows the TV to control its lighting through 16,384 points, quadrupling the previous 4,096 points.
In addition, it should be remembered that they also release a new solar remote, the Samsung SolarCell Remote Control that can be powered both by light and by radio frequency through your router, eliminating batteries to offer a more sustainable product.
The Samsung QN900B is the company’s flagship, an 8K TV with 33 million pixels. In addition, this year it incorporates 90W multidimensional speakers compatible with Dolby Atmos, in the most minimalist design in the sector, with an infinite screen.
Another 8K option is the Samsung QN700B, a more affordable model that boasts 2,000 nits of brightness, as well as HDR10+ support and 55-, 65-, and 75-inch versions.
The Neo QLED 4K range also includes improved picture quality thanks to Artificial Intelligence upscaling with the AI Neural 4K processor, for an AI-enhanced picture and 20 neural networks, which upscales images to 4K quality regardless of the original resolution.
The current flagship of this family for 2022 is the Samsung QN95Ba model that promises excellent image quality through its 4K panel at 144 Hz with 100% color volume reproduction thanks to Quantum Matrix Technology, as well as 70W speakers with Dolby Atmos support to offer a great acoustic landscape, although we always recommend using an external sound solution,
Another option is the Samsung QN90B, a 43 and 50-inch model, 4K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate to offer a great experience, without blurring, gaining an advantage in competitive games and so that the user does not lose any detail in video games with more narrative.
