Samsung’s new Neo QLED, Lifestyle and OLED models will arrive sooner than you think

Just a few hours ago we told you that LG already allowed you to pre-purchase its new 2022 OLED televisions. Well, now it has been Samsung which has announced the launch of its new range of Neo QLED TVs, Lifestyle and also its new QD-OLED TV. In addition, we already know the release date and price of some of the new models, including the new Neo QLED models with 8K resolution and the long-awaited OLED TV from the Korean manufacturer.

Although the one that has raised the most expectations is the new QD-OLED television, Samsung will continue one more year betting on Mini LED technology, both in its 8K models and in the high-end 4K models. New models will also arrive in the Lifestyle range, or rather, renewed models. Although they are not the only ones, Samsung is one of the manufacturers that is most committed to models that think more about decoration and integration with the home. Let’s take a look at the new Samsung models.

Samsung Neo QLED 8K

Last year Samsung did an incredible job with the QN95A, a television that, thanks to its Mini LED technology, competed head-to-head with the top-of-the-range OLED models. So it was normal that this year the Korean manufacturer maintained its commitment to this technology.

In 2022 the Neo QLED range It will be made up of the 8K models and the 4K models. The 8K models offer the best technology from the manufacturer, with the Neural 8K processor with AIMini LEDs 40 times smaller than traditional LEDs that provide greater density and contrast, a new 14-bit processing and one anti-reflective coating to reduce reflections and distractions.

On the other hand, they offer the spectacular infinity design, featuring an ultra-slim panel with a depth ranging from 15.2mm to 18.1mm, finished in stainless steel. And they even have, in the case of the top-of-the-range model, a sound system that offers a power of 90W and 6.2.4 channel Dolby Atmos technology.

Samsung’s 2022 Neo QLED 8K lineup includes three new models: QN900B, QN800B and QN700B. They will hit the market, for the most part, during the month of April and will be available in screen sizes of 55, 65, 75 and 85 inches. Here is a list of models, prices and release dates:

Naturally, we will also have Neo QLED models with 4K resolution in 2022. At the moment we know that three different models will arrive: QN95B, QN90B and QN85B. Among them there will be some differences, such as changes in the design, a little more brightness for the top-of-the-range model, the use of a more advanced processor also in the top model and a better sound system.

New Neo QLED, Lifestyle and OLED models from Samsung The Frame

In 2022, new models will also arrive from what is known as the Lifestyle range. One of the renewed models will be Framewhich will include a Samsung’s new anti-glare Display Mate screen which diffuses light at various angles and directions introducing a raised surface to prevent perceived image quality from diminishing due to daylight or reflection from ambient lighting at night.

The Frame will also feature a Updated Art Store that facilitates the search for content, allowing subscribers to access more than 1,600 works of art from renowned institutions. The 2022 edition of The Frame TV will include a 2 month free trialextended with respect to the previous one of 1 month.

On the other hand we have The Serif, a TV with a matte finish body that blends seamlessly with the matte screen. The Sero also includes a Display Mate screen and smart new features that translate to an optimized portrait screen experience.

Samsung QD-OLED (QS95B)

Finally we have the long-awaited television with Samsung OLED technology. Although it still does not appear on the official website of Samsung Spain and cannot be purchased, we do know that Samsung’s QD-OLED model will have the model number QS95B In our country.

Other data that the manufacturer has given is that the new Samsung OLED television will be equipped with the Neural 4K processor with AI, the intelligence of the Tizen platform with Samsung’s exclusive Object Tracking Sound and Q-Symphony with Dolby Atmos sound experiences. All this with a design that Samsung has called LaserSlim and that includes the brand’s thinnest panel.

This new OLED model therefore includes the same image processor integrated in Samsung’s Neo QLED models. On the other hand, the QS95 also features an OLED brightness enhancer and perceptual color mapping to deliver the brightest, most accurate lights and the most realistic colors. All this means that, according to the manufacturer, the new OLED offers a screen experience far superior to that of OLED televisions to date. For now we will have to wait to test it to find out if it is true or not.

The Samsung OLED (QS95B) will be available in 55 and 65 inches, reaching the Spanish market in the month of April. Its price in euros has not been revealed, but we do know that in the United States it will be sold in $2,399 (55 inches) and $3,499 (65 inches).
