EfficientIP has just inaugurated a new role in your organization with the addition of Sandra de Pauliny as Chief People Officer (CPO). From this position, Pauliny will promote the growth of the workforce, which already has 100 new members since the beginning of 2022, and will structure its human resources management strategy to face its international deployment, reporting to Norman Girard, CEO of the company.
Sandra de Pauliny brings to EfficientIP a long experience in the management of human resources of large technology companies. Therefore, he will focus on structuring the company’s HR strategy to ensure its workforce growth objectives for international deployment including talent acquisition, personnel operations and systems, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, staffing business partners, training and development, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.
Pauliny brings solid experience in structuring of fast-growing international organizations, leadership of international HR teams and supervision of all its strategic functions. Added to this is the implementation of innovative social policies such as flex office, company labeling in terms of professional equality and the development of the employer brand.
