Sony introduces TEOS, its new ecosystem to facilitate workplace management

Sony has confirmed that since its launch in 2017, TEOS has become a success. To date, and according to the Japanese company, it has overcome the barrier of 12,000 licenses and has more than 450 clients in 28 different countries. There is no doubt that, with those figures on the table, Sony has reason to be happy.

TEOS allows us to manage different aspects of the workspace environment of any company, and can be adapted to the requirements of each sector and the needs of any workgroup. this solution continually evolves to adapt to the needs of the modern company, and this allows it to remain one of the most relevant workplace management solutions.

Sony continues to work to improve its ecosystem of workplace management solutions, and its latest move in this regard has been TEOS Meet and TEOS Litetwo innovations that will help us create a work environment optimized, efficient, collaborative and problem-free.

TEOS Meet is a tool that offers full control of reservations, sharing and collaboration in person and remotely. This gives users visibility into the applications and services available in a meeting room, allowing them to prepare their content accordingly and helps reduce the time spent preparing the technology ecosystem prior to a meeting.

It also allows users have full control of the room, including lighting, blinds and temperature, and has a new design at the interface level that can be completely customized by the user, and that shows the capacity of the office before starting the process, as well as the parking spaces available and whether refreshments can be ordered for the meeting room.

On the other hand we have TEOS Lite, which has been designed as a stripped down version of TEOS, which makes it an interesting option for those companies that do not fit into the concept of a large company. This ecosystem ensures that all companies, regardless of its size, can achieve an efficient and productive workplace. It supports plug-and-play signage and room booking via a mobile device, which can be easily accessed via a QR code.

Thomas Issa, Head of Strategy and Planning for TEOS Solutions, Sony Professional Displays & Solutions, commented:

“As we enter a new era for the workplace and new forms of asynchronous work become the norm, it is vital that companies invest in the right tools that enable employees to work to the best of their ability. THEOS is a pioneer in helping employees return to the office but now also, with more advantages for teleworkers. With TEOS Meet, we have provided a new world of features with the integration of the current TEOS Connect, combined with a better user interface and remote access, putting complete control in the hands of our users. TEOS Lite enables us to help small and start-up businesses get off to a good start with the digital transformation of their workplaces. We offer an ecosystem of products and solutions for any size and need.”
