A union that arises from a common goal: teach all children to manage their money with the help of their parents. For this reason, they intend to expand their base of more than 2 million clients in Spain, the United Kingdom, France and the United States and accelerate their growth in Europe in order to position themselves as world leaders in financial education for children and adolescents.
Pixpay and GoHenry will continue to operate under their own brands, with no change in management, headquarters or staff. GoHenry will continue to operate in the United Kingdom and United States, and for its part, Pixpay will maintain its activity in France and Spain. In addition, Pixpay plans to expand to Italy and Germany in the coming months.
The acquisition will allow both companies to accelerate their growth by realizing synergies in knowledge and resources, releasing funds to reinvest them in the financial education of children and young people.
