Two new trailers have been released for Sword Art Online Progressive the Movie: Aria of a Starless Night (Sword Art Online Progressive – the movie: Starless Night Air), the new anime film based on the light novel series written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by abec.
The promotional videos, which we can see below, arrive a few days after the official announcement of the release date of the feature film.
When is the Sword Art Online Progressive movie released?
During theAniplex Online Fest 2021 on Monday 5 July 2021, in fact, it was revealed that the film will debut in Japanese cinemas on 30 October.

Sword Art Online Progressive the Movie: Aria of a Starless Night details
Sword Art Online Progressive will return to tell the story of Asuna, a girl who gets trapped inside an MMORPG along with many other of her peers. After the first moments of disorientation and despair, Asuna will meet Kirito, a boy who will teach her the secrets to survive in the difficult and ruthless world of SAO.
Ayako Kawano (Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic, High School Fleet, The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky) directs the film for A-1 Pictures, starring Kento Toya (Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld, The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments) which is taking care of the character design of the characters. Yasuyuki Kai (Haikyu !!) will be the benchmark for action scenes, while Yuki Kajiura he will come to compose the music as in the other productions of the saga.
