T-Bao TBOOK MN59 the small mini-PC that hides a Ryzen 9 5900HX

What was previously a really small niche market, with quite modest devices primarily intended for work environments, the mini-PCs have become an increasingly attractive option for all users, with great models like the TBOOK MN59 by T-Bao, proving that power does not depend on size thanks to the presence of a Ryzen 9 5900HX processor.

With a fairly compact size that barely reaches 19.8 x 19.8 x 4.8 centimeters, this computer allows us to easily dock it on any desk, and can even be mounted on the back of a screen thanks to its VESA compatibility. However, despite its small size, this mini-PC still has enough space for an NVME SSD and a 2.5-inch hard drive or SSD, among other combinations, with a fairly simple mounting and opening system that will allow us to open the chassis and access the interior of the computer to carry out our own updates.

Although the most surprising thing about the TBOOK MN59 is the fact that it has this Ryzen 9 5900HX processor, a 45 watt chip, 8 cores and 16 threads with support to reach speeds of up to 4.6 GHz. And it is one of the most powerful laptop-type processors from AMD to date, giving this compact mini-PC greater appeal for any use thanks to its integrated Radeon RX Vega 8 GPU.

Lastly, it’s also surprising that we can still find a number of full-size ports, with a selection including 1x HDMI 2.0, 1x Gigabit Ethernet, one 3.5mm audio output and one 3.5mm microphone input, 1x USB type C, 2x USB 3.0 type A, 4x USB 2.0 type A; in addition to being compatible with wireless technologies WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.

Currently we can get the TBOOK MN59 with Windows 10 Home (compatible with the update of Windows 11 and Ubuntu), 16 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM and a 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD through the Banggood website, at a price of 900 dollars (approximately 795.80 euros at the current exchange rate).
