Talentia Software grows in 2022 with its HCM and CPM solutions

Talentia Software presented its results for 2022, the year in which its revenues increased, both in the HCM area for HR, and in the CPM area for financial performance.

In 2022, the company recorded a 49% revenue increase in the SaaS software license orders for the HCM area, compared to 2021. The 10% increase in the number of customers and the same forecasts for 2023 point to a growth in orders of 32%, with a forecast revenue value of around 24% in comparison with 2022.

Regarding the CPM division, highlights the 71% increase in revenue from orders of SaaS software licenses, compared to 2021 and an estimated growth of 68% for the current year. The number of new customers in this division increased by 5%.

Since 2021, the company is structured in two Business Units dedicated to HCM solutions (Human Capital Management) and CPM (Corporate Performance Management). This allows a verticalization of the competences in the provision of services and solutions to clients, sharing priorities and standardizing procedures, with a unique strategy that guarantees an approach focused on the company’s objective.

Talentia Software Business Services

Talentia Software recently presented its new offering of Business Services, a specialized service to support the client in all the needs related to the use of its solutions. Business Services is based on three pillars: Service Management, Technical/Functional Support and Evolutionary Maintenance of the solution. All this oriented to the efficiency of the delivery activities after the production of the system. In addition, the HCM Practice Expert center offers operations support with an international team.

The CPM area also presents significant news. This business area, given its specialization in consolidated financial statements, is working to structure a team of consultants that also manages the dedicated Business Services.
