The 5 Most Beautiful Games Under Development on Unreal Engine 5

Unreal Engine 5, introduced by Epic Games recently, is the most modern engine available for game developers to use in their projects. As this is something new, it can still take a while for a great game to use the system in its creations.

However, some experiences are already available, as was the case with “Matrix Awakens“, a kind of preparation for the last film in the franchise. In addition to it, “Fortnite” began to be developed using the engine, which promises advances in terms of geometry, lighting and animation.

The beauty of Unreal Engine 5

However, the fifth Unreal Engine It still has a lot of potential to show. On account of this, the TecMasters separated some of the projects that are in development using the graphic engine – and that stand out for their graphic beauty.

1) ILL

The game is a survival horror game produced by Team Clout that focuses on exploration to unravel mysteries. Despite not having a release date yet, the game impresses with the level of detail possible thanks to Unreal Engine 5.

2) Black Myth: Wukong

Initially revealed in 2020, “Black Myth: Wukong” has undergone several changes, but has maintained a good level of detail and promises intense boss fights. The big highlight here, and what makes it a highly anticipated project, is the similarity to From Software’s “Dark Souls” series.

The game arrives at the hands of Game Science for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X sometime in 2023.

3) Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2

Since the first game, the “Hellblade” series has impressed by the care taken with the scenarios and, above all, the soundtrack. With the sequel it couldn’t be different. With a much larger team behind it, the new title promises an immersive experience with the equally inventive gameplay that Unreal Engine 5 can deliver.

The new Ninja Theory game does not yet have a release date, but it should arrive as an Xbox and PC exclusive.

4) Redfall

Produced by Arkane Studios and scheduled for release this year, “Redfall” puts players against legions of vampires in a city that bears the same name as the game.

The title can be played solo or cooperatively and promises to keep the studio’s series of action releases – which brought “Deathloop” recently.

5) Dreamhouse: The Game

Despite the name, “Dreamhouse: The Game” is not really a game, but an experience in the form of a construction simulator. In a recently revealed video, it is possible to see photorealistic graphics, which shows the versatility of Unreal Engine 5 and how it can be applied by developers in various projects.
