The Book of Boba Fett has finally debuted on Disney + and, while Star Wars fans discuss the goodness of the show’s first episode on social media, someone remembered that Parks and Recreations predicted the events of the series as early as eight years ago.

In an episode of the fifth season of Parks and Recreation, close to the time when Disney got their hands on Lucasfilm, the character of Patton Oswalt read his idea for the script of Episode VII which, surprisingly, quite faithfully follows the way in which Boba Fett survives the Sarlacc well; as seen in The Book of Boba Fett.
