FI Boost, FI Group’s equity free startup acceleration program, continues with the open call for its sixth edition. The registration period It will end on June 17, 2023.
FI Boost is intended to search for projects and entrepreneurs who want to take a definitive step towards the consolidation and validation of their solution and business model. In this sense, the program will offer help and advice to five previously selected startups through the support of experts, who will collaborate in promoting their growth and expansion in the market, both nationally and internationally.
Thus, companies will access to a network of more than 4,000 national and 18,000 international clients of FI Group, in addition to receiving training on tax incentives and public financing, innovation, sales, marketing, human resources and legal aspects, among others.
The program also includes a detailed study of public and private financing opportunities by expert professionals and consultants. They will also have at their disposal Work spaces and meeting rooms in the more than 40 offices that FI Group has distributed in 14 countries.
Finally, the selected startups will also have the possibility of receive up to €100,000 investmentthrough FI Group’s FI Nvest vehicle.
FI Boost, Sixth Year of Business Acceleration: Timelines
Once the call is closed, a first selection of 10 companies will be made, who will present their projects on Startup Day which will take place on July 13, 2023. The presentation will take place before a selection committee, which will evaluate and choose the five startups that will participate in this year’s edition.
During a period of five months (from October to February), they will receive the support and knowledge of experts and professionals in the sector, as well as a year of accompaniment in the market. In addition, they will have the opportunity to exhibit their projects at the FI Boost booths at 4YFN and to participate in pitching sessions at South Summit.
Once the program is over, in March, Demo Day will take place, the event where the five selected startups will present their projects to potential investors and other agents of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The program bases are now available on the FI Boost website.
Throughout the five editions that have been held, FI Boost has already has helped promote a total of 25 companiesamong which are FuelYourBrands, Iceverg, Robinbrick, TalentUp and Valerdat (2022), Intelia, Kymatio, Opground, Recircular and Xoia (2021) and Erudit and IronChip (2020), Norlean and Vottun (2019) or Muutech and Hubtype ( 2018).
