The Flash: the new trailer of the film is online (and there is also Michael Keaton’s Batman)

The new teaser trailer for The Flash, the film with Ezra Miller inspired by the narrative arc of the DC Comics ‘Flashpoint’ comic miniseries.

Michael Keaton is Batman again in The Flash trailer

A few frames, in fact, we see both the Batman’s Michael Keaton both the iconic Batmobile from Tim Burton’s films, although the bat car we only appreciate the unmistakable silohuette under a dusty tarp before it’s discovered by Barry Allen.

What do we know about The Flash?

The film, based on the Flashpoint comic event, will see DC Scarlet Sprinter alias Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) run through various parallel dimensions where he will have to deal with different alternate versions of DC superheroes.

As already anticipated, the film should be based (albeit not in a slavish manner) Flashpoint, the comic event of 2011 that ends with a change in the status quo of the DC universe that is reset starting with the event The New 52. the opening to the DC multiverse will also see the presence of two Batman, that of Keaton and that of Ben Affleck, in addition to the introduction of a new Supergirl played by Sasha Calle.

Directed by Andy Muschietti, in addition to Miller, Affleck and Keaton, the film will see a cast consisting of Ron Livingston (Henry Allen), Ian Loh (Barry Young), Sasha Calle (Supergirl), Maribel Verdú (Nora), Kiersey Clemons (Iris West), Saroise-Monica Jackson And Rudy Mancuso.

The official release date for The Flash is set for November 4, 2022, with the new DC FanDome trailer specifying how Muschietti’s film is still in production.
