Although lately it is the AirPods that are becoming more relevant, we cannot forget the range of Beats headphones. And it is that this brand, owned by Apple since 2014, does not stop launching new headphones and these days we are premiering with the brand new BeatsFitProoriginally launched at the end of the year in the United States and now reaching new countries.
Specifically, the Beats Fit Pro can now be purchased at SpainAustralia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Switzerland. They are available from this week, and can be purchased both in physical Apple stores and online, with the expectation that in the coming weeks they will also be in other authorized stores.
At 229 euros and with very ‘pro’ features
If we look only at the official price, €229.95, we can see that these are in the middle range between the 3rd generation AirPods and the AirPods Pro (199 and 279 euros respectively). And while it is true that in the end they are different brands, we do not see the integration between them unreasonable because these new Beats Fit Pro drink a lot of the characteristics of the others.
Starting with him chip H1, a classic already in all headphones manufactured by Apple and that manages both the headphones themselves and the sound level very efficiently. As the company itself announced when they were officially launched, they have a custom transducer capable of offering the best possible audio in a very compact size.
They have features like noise cancellation, Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos, so they can be considered a total high-end. To this is added his sweat and water resistance certified by the IPX4 standard. We will be waiting to make a comparison between these and the AirPods Pro, but for now they are aiming very high.
As far as battery Concerned, these headphones offer up to 6 hours of continuous battery life, even with active noise cancellation. If you count on the additional charge of the case, they can reach 21 hours. Case that, by the way, is recharged via USB-C cable, which is already included in the box, although the adapter is not (as in the rest of the headphones).
At the level of design, we find very Beats-style headphones, both because of the case and because of the form factor of the headphones. It is of the in-ear type, including various sizes of pads to fit the ear correctly without falling out and with an internal rubber pin that adapts and helps to ensure better placement. They are also available in color black, gray, white and purple.
