Oppo is preparing to formalize the long-awaited Find N2 and Find N2 Flip. Nobody knows yet the precise date on which their presentation will take place. Last year, the Oppo Find N presentation event took place on December 14.
The Find N2 Flip arouses the curiosity of the press. A Twitter member posted a short video in which we can see the inside and outside screen of the device. It seems to be covered with a protective shell, which makes it impossible to comment on its design. The data sheet of the smartphone that some are already dubbing “the Galaxy Flip killer” is, it must be said, enticing. In addition to being foldable in clamshell mode, the N2 Flip will have a 6.8-inch E6 AMOLED display with a notch. It will enjoy a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a Full HD + definition for a resolution of 2520 x 1080 pixels.

The fingerprint reader will be integrated into the ignition button, on the right edge, as are the volume control buttons. The back of the device will house a 3.26-inch OLED touch screen. It is expected to be powered by a Dimensity 9000 chip. The battery will have a capacity of 4300mAh and the phone will have a ‘only’ 44W charger. The Oppo Find N2 Flip will run on Android 13with the in-house ColorOS 13 overlay.
The Oppo Find N2 Flip will compete with the Motorola Razr 2022 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4
As a worthy successor to the Find N, the Oppo Find N2 will open in book mode, and not in clamshell mode. Its predecessor had won the distinction of best Android smartphone of the MWC 2022. The interior screen of the Oppo Find N2 should have a diagonal of 7.1 inches, while on the outside it will display a slab of 5.5 inches in FHD+ at 120 Hz.
The processor is expected to be a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Note that it will benefit from even faster charging than its clamshell sibling, with a 67 W charging block. In the photo department, it should be very spoiled, with a 32 MP front lens, and an identical lens inside. The rear of the rear will house a 50 MP lens (Sony IMX890), as well as a 48 MP ultra wide-angle and a 32 MP telephoto lens (Sony IMX709). This time, Oppo will not have to explain why its foldable smartphones are not available in France : the Find N2 and Find N2 Flip should be sold in our regions.
