On January 14, the sublime god of war (2018) got a well-deserved PC port, after having marked thousands of players around the world in 2018. Voted best game of the year (and rightly so), the title finally got into the hands of the PC gamers, who rushed to make the most of their purchase. Those who are not new to this medium know what it is.
On PC, it is indeed possible to create and apply what are called mods, namely modified versions of a game. If this allows for example to add a colorimetric filter, or to add certain features in the gameplay there are mods that stand out more from the rest due to their blatant originality. A modder with an eye
Above you can see some of the things his mod can do, some of which we could have done without. The basis of this creation is actually a rather extensive appearance customization settings menu. It allows you to magnify certain parts of Kratos’ body independently of others, but also to change these parameters in real time when you play.

Whereas god of war is currently regaining overwhelming popularity on PC, becoming one of the best ports to date, we are still awaiting new information regarding the game’s sequel, God of War Ragnarok. This one still does not have a release date on PS4 and PS5 consoles, although it is normally scheduled for this year 2022, after a final postponement.
This lack of news could mean that the Santa Monica Studio is falling even further behind, in particular because of the difficult conditions of development, due to the pandemic. However, no delay has been mentioned by Sony, so we should have official news shortly. Hope they are good.
