The places where Eternals has been recorded (including Spain!)

Chroma and computer graphics to create scenarios

The use of techniques such as chroma and, especially, computer generated graphics they have become commonplace in practically any audiovisual production. Both commercials and series and, of course, large film productions resort to them for the multiple benefits they provide.

Among one of these advantages is the possibility of being able to create scenarios practically from scratch. Which at certain times can be interesting, since it avoids increasing production costs. And it is that, in a movie how can this of The EternalsIt is not the same to have the entire team in Marvel’s main studios in Los Angeles than to have to move everyone to different places on the planet.

In addition, in recent years we have seen how other technologies, such as sight with Serie The Mandalorian, they were helped by the use of large screens and the Unreal Engine graphics engine to achieve a much more realistic set for the actor and thus help him get into the role. Of course, none of this will ever be the same as filming in a real location.

In the new Marvel Studios film, more or less this happens, there is still a lot of content recorded in the Los Angeles studios, but there are also other scenes that have been filmed in different locations and one of them is in Spanish territory.

The locations where Eternals was filmed

While it is possible to recreate any place in the world through CGI graphics, it is always much better for the actor to shoot in a real environment.

As we have said, recreating any location in the world through computer graphics is now possible. The problem is that it is not always so easy for the actor to get into the role if he is really there or surrounded by green or blue walls that will later allow to embed all those buildings, cars, people, etc.
